Ingredients

  • 500g - green capsicum
  • 500g - mixed vegetables (carrot, French bean, peas, cauliflower)
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • 100g - besan
  • oil
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - aamchur
  • salt

How to Make Capsicum Cups

  • Remove the stem and seeds from the capsicum.
  • Boil the vegetables.
  • Mash the vegetables and add salt, coriander leaves, and all the spices, and mix well.
  • Stuff the capsicum with these vegetables.
  • Make a paste of besan and apply over the top of each capsicum and deep fry.
