Ingredients

  • 1 - capsicum
  • 8 - garlic pods
  • 1 cup - tamarind thick juice
  • 1 cup - water
  • salt
  • 2 spoon - sambar powder
  • 1 tbsp - gingili oil
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp - channa dal
  • 1 tsp - methi seed
  • curry leaves
  • 2 - red chilli dry
  • little - Hing powder

How to Make Capsicum Garlic Kuzhampu

  • Soak the tamarind and take thick pulp and add a cup of water and keep it aside.
  • Heat a kadai and add gingili oil. Put all the garnishing things, add sliced capsicum and garlic and saute for 5 mins.
  • Add tamarind water. Boil it for 15 mins.
  • Add hing powder. Serve with rice and papad.
