Ingredients

  • Capsicum - 2
  • Thick curds - 2 cups
  • Green chillies - 3
  • Ginger - 1/2 piece
  • Coriander Leaves - a small bunch
  • Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves - a few

How to Make Capsicum Ginger Raita

  • Cut capsicum into small pieces. Mince chillies and grate the ginger.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan. When hot add mustard seeds and cumin seeds
  • When they splutter add curry leaves and the capsicum.
  • Fry until it is soft and slightly browned.
  • Remove and let it cool.
  • Take curds in a bowl and add all the ingredients along with salt to taste.
  • Mix well.
