  • 5 - capsicum
  • 1.5 - onion
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 2 - cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp - garlic ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 tsp - vegetable oil, cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • Ground nut powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Capsicum Masala Curry

  • Fry onions and tomatoes in a little oil and blend the paste.
  • Chop the remaining onion and the capsicum.
  • Take the oil in a pan and fry onions till it turns light brown and add cloves and coriander powder to it.
  • Add onion, tomatoes paste and cook for 3 mins and then add capsicum and water to it. Close the lid and cook for 5 mins.
  • After capsicum is cooked, add salt and groundnut powder and stir it well, if required add some water and cook for 1 min.
  • When capsicum is cooked add chilli powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
