Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled green peas
  • 2 - large onions, chopped
  • 2 - capsicums, chopped into 1 inch pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - chopped garlic
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tsp - chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 2 - potatoes, boiled and chopped into medium size pieces

How to Make Capsicum, Peas and Tomato Casserole

  • Mix all the ingredients together and transfer to a greased baking dish.
  • Shake the dish a little so that the oil seeps to the bottom.
  • Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees F) for 45 mins.
  • This dish should be a little moist.
  • Serve with bread or rolls and butter.
