Ingredients

  • 1 cup - grated coconut
  • 1.5 cup - sugar
  • 3 tsp - ghee
  • 3 to 4 - cardamom, powdered
  • 4 tbsp - milk

How to Make Cardamom Flavored Coconut Burfi

  • Put all the ingredients in a heavy bottom pan or kadai and place on stove on low flame.
  • Keep stirring till the sugar dissolves so that the mixture does not stick to the pan.
  • Add milk if needed to give a milky taste. Stir till it solidifies.
  • Take a plate and grease it with ghee/oil and pour the mixture and let it cool for 3-4 hrs.
  • Then cut it into desired shapes and serve.
