  • 4 Carrots
  • Oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Urad dal
  • 1 Small onion
  • 1 small ball - Tamarind
  • 2 Red chillies
  • A small piece of ginger
  • 1 sprig- Curry leaves

How to Make Carrot & Tamarind Chutney

  • Grind carrot, small onion, tamarind, and ginger.
  • Heat oil and add urad dal and mustard seeds.
  • Add the curry leaves and red chillies.
  • Add in the ground ingredients and saute till the raw smell disappears.
