Ingredients

  • 250 gm - grapes
  • 250 gm - lychees, peeled and stoned
  • 1 large gd carrot
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 chopped celery sticks
  • 1/2 cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tbsp - chopped parsley
  • 50 gm - roasted cashew nuts
  • 4 tbsp - sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp - poppy seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - apple juice
  • chopped herbs to garnish
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Carrot and Cashew Coleslaw

  • Combine fruit and vegetables.
  • Stir in parsley.
  • Heat oil. Add poppy and mustard seeds. Cool.
  • Add vinegar and apple juice to oil.
  • Mix and pour over coleslaw.
  • Garnish with nuts and herbs.
  • Serve cold.
