  • 1 - Carrot
  • 10-12 - Cashewnuts
  • 2 cups - Boiled and cooled Milk
  • (I used around 1-2 tbsp) Sugar as per your taste
  • A pinch - Cardamom powder

How to Make Carrot Cashewnut Milkshake

  • Pressure cook carrots in a double boiler with 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp sugar and also cashew nuts for 3 whistles.
  • Let it cool down completely.
  • Once cooled transfer them to blender.
  • Add just enough amount of milk, around 1 Cup, to blend them to a smooth paste.
  • Then add further remaining milk, remaining sugar and cardamom powder and blend again till you get your desired consistency.
  • Chill and enjoy.
