Ingredients

  • 8 - carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp - cinnamon powder
  • 300 grams - sugar
  • 6 or 8 - cloves
  • 1 tbsp - lime juice
  • 2 tbsp - orange and lime rind

How to Make Carrot Jam

  • Combine all the ingredients together in a suitable pan.
  • Simmer on low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  • Cool and store.
