  • 2- Big Carrots
  • 2- medium sized lemon
  • Gingili (Till) oil
  • 1 tsp - Hing Powder
  • 1.5 tsp - Methi Powder
  • 2 tbsp - Red Chilli powder (Increase or decrease according to individual needs)
  • Salt

How to Make Carrot Pickle

  • Peel and cut the carrots into small cubes.
  • Heat about two tbsps oil
  • Add mustard when it splutters and the hing and methi powders.
  • Add the cubed carrots.
  • Switch off the stove. Add salt and chilli powder.
  • Finally squeeze lemon juice and mix. The amount of lemon juice added can be increased according to your taste.
