  • 1 cup - Cashews
  • 1 cup - Powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp - Milk powder
  • 1 tbsp- Milk
  • 1 tsp - Powdered cardamom
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee

How to Make Cashew Barfi

  • Grind the cashews in a mixer grinder into a fine powder.
  • Combine the ground cashews, powdered sugar, milk powder, cardamom, ghee and the milk.
  • Knead into a thick dough.
  • Roll out into 1-inch rotis.
  • Now with a knife, cut into diamond shapes and bake in an oven till brown.
