Ingredients

  • 100 g - semiya
  • Water - 1/2 cups
  • 2 tsp - jeera
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 1 tsp Urad Dal
  • A few curry leaves
  • Coriander
  • 4 - green chillies
  • Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
  • 10 - cashew nuts
  • 10 - dry grapes
  • 2 cups - curd
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Cashew Curd Semiya

  • Put semiya in a bowl.
  • Boil water and pour into it so that semiya is fully soaked. Leave it for 5 minutes.
  • Then add 2 cups of curd to it.
  • Chop chillies into small pieces and add to semiya.
  • Add cashew nuts and grapes. Also add grated coconut to it.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a shallow pan and add mustard seeds and urad dal. When they splutter, add curry leaves to it. Then pour it into the bowl.
  • Add 2 tsps of jeera to it and salt to taste.
  • Refrigerate it for three hours.
  • Before serving, garnish with coriander leaves.
