Ingredients

  • Cashews- 150 g| Green chillies - 5
  • Onion - 2, chopped
  • Ginger- 1 small piece, chopped
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Dalia split powder, pottukkadalai flour - 2 cups
  • Rice flour - 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder

How to Make Cashew Pakodas

  • Mix all the above ingredients with water and make the dough by adding one spoon of ghee.
  • Deep fry in oil until the colour turns to golden brown.
