  • 2/3 cup plain cashewnuts
  • 1 tsp. raisins or sultanas
  • 2 cups curd
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp. cumin powder
  • 1 tsp. chilli powder

How to Make Cashew Sultana (Raisin) Raita

  • Chop cashews, raisins and soak in water for 30 minutes.
  • Beat curd to a smooth consistency. Stir in sugar, salt and cumin powder.Add raisins and cashew, garnish with chilli powder.
