Ingredients

  • Cauliflower 1 medium
  • Green chillies - 4
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • oil
  • Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Tomato - 2
  • Coriander leaves
  • Maida - 1/2 cup

How to Make Cauliflower - Capsicum

  • Boil cauliflower for 5 minutes. Drain out excess water.
  • Fry the florets in a little oil. Then coat the fried florets in maida.
  • Deep fry in hot oil until light brown.
  • Remove and keep it aside.
  • heat a little oil.
  • Add sliced onions and fry until deep brown in colour.
  • Put the green chillies, chopped tomatoes, green peas (cooked )and the capsicum.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add salt and turmeric powder.
  • Grind together ginger, garlic and pepper corns.
  • Put this paste into the onion-tomato mixture.
  • Once cooked, add the fried cauliflower and mix well.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes. Before serving garnish with coriander leaves.
