Ingredients

  • Onion - 1 medium size
  • Cauliflower - 1
  • 3 tbsp - coconut powder
  • 2 tbsp - coconut oil
  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch
  • Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • Green chillies - 2 to 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning:
  • Mustard seeds -1/4 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp

How to Make Cauliflower Fried in coconut oil

  • Fry some mustard seeds and cumin in oil
  • Add onion and a few curry leaves in it and when it turn brown add cauliflower, cut into florets.
  • Add a little asafoetida, turmeric powder, coconut oil, chilli powder and green chillies.
  • Mix well and let it fry till soft on a medium heat.
  • Finally garnish with coconut.
