Ingredients

  • 1 - cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp - besan flour
  • 2 tbsp - rice flour
  • 1 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Cauliflower fry

  • Wash and cut florets and soak in hot water.
  • Boil them for 5 minutes.
  • Mix besan flour, rice flour, red chilli powder and some salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan/kadai and drop florets one by one.
  • Fry till they become golden brown.
