Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets - 2 cups
  • Green peas - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1/4 cup
  • Ginger - 1 small piece
  • Cardamom - 1
  • Clove - 1
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Curry leaves - a few
  • Coriander - For garnish
  • Pudina - 5 leaves
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Cauliflower Green

  • Grind onion pieces, green chillies, clove and cardamom into a paste and keep aside.
  • Keep the florets in boiling water.
  • Then cook them with green peas.
  • Take one tbsp of oil in kadai and after heating, add half a spoon of jeera, curry leaves and pudina.
  • Saute for a while.
  • Now add the ground paste and saute.
  • After two minutes add cooked florets and green peas.
  • Cook for a while and add salt.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve with phulka or chapatti.
