Ingredients

  • Cauliflower, medium size 1 (separated into florets)
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Cinnamon 3 or 4
  • Clove 3 or 4
  • Rice 1.5 cups cooked
  • Grind to paste:
  • Green Chilli 2 or 3
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch

How to Make Cauliflower Rice

  • Cook the rice and keep aside.
  • Fry cinnamon and clove with ghee in a pan.
  • Add peas and cauliflower and cook for a while
  • Now add the ground paste, salt and cook it the raw smell is gone.
  • Mix it with the cooked rice, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with raita.
