Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion, cut
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1 pinch turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil

How to Make Cauliflower stir fry

  • Heat oil, splutter jeera.
  • Add in onion and curry leaves and fry.
  • When onions turn golden brown, add the cauliflower, turmeric powder, coriander, salt to taste. Add in sufficient water and cook till done.
  • Goes well with chapatti / roti.
