Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup - low fat yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp - finely chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp - powdered kasoori methi (fenugreek)
  • 2 pinches - turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2 pinches - garam masala
  • 2 pinches - tandoori masala
  • 1 - lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • salt to taste

How to Make Cauliflower Tikka

  • Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add the cauliflower florets. Mix well.
  • Cover and marinate for 30 mins.
  • Barbeque or grill.
  • Serve with mint yoghurt raita
