  • 6 hardboiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp - sour cream
  • 3 tbsp - black caviar
  • lime juice

How to Make Caviar Stuffed Eggs

  • Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise.
  • Remove the yolks, mash and blend thoroughly with the caviar and cream.
  • Refill the egg whites with the mixture and sprinkle a few drops of lime juice on each. Chill before serving.
