Ingredients

  • Channa - 50 gm
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Onion - 2 (thinly sliced)
  • Tomato - 1 (big with seeds removed and thinly sliced)
  • Dressing-
  • Mint leaves
  • Garlic - 5 flakes
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green Chilli - 3 (if needed you can add as you want)
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard powder (if required)
  • Olive Oil - 2 tsp
  • Hot Water - 2 spoon
  • MIX THE ABOVE IN A BLENDER.

How to Make Chana Salad

  • Boil the chana with salt.
  • Add capsicum, onion and tomato and mix them.
  • Keep it in fridge till required.
  • Add the dressing before 10 minutes of serving.
