  • Beans - 100g
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Chapatti - 4
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Salt to taste
  • For seasoning: Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Chapatti Vegetable upma

  • Cut the chapattis into small pieces and set aside.
  • Chop the vegetables and onions into smaller pieces and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
  • Add the chopped green chilli and onions.
  • Fry till onion turns transparent.
  • Now add the chopped vegetables and fry till they are cooked completely.
  • To these cooked vegetables, add chapatti pieces and mix well.
  • Add salt and stir.
  • Serve hot.
