  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Garlic flakes - 6
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Jeera - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves - a few sprigs
  • Pinch - red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - for seasoning

How to Make Chat-pati Tomato Chutney

  • Cut tomatoes finely and keep aside.
  • Heat oil and add jeera and green chilli, saute and add tomatoes. Cover it for two minutes.
  • Add curry leaves, crushed garlic, salt and red chilli powder and cook till done.
