  • 1 - ginger, large (about the length of your finger), finely chopped
  • Juice of one large lemon
  • Half a bunch - coriander, cleaned and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 3-4 - green chillies, chopped
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Chatpat Ginger Chutney

  • Put all the ingredients in a mixer and grind it to a fine paste.
  • Serve with parantha, rotis, rice, khichdi or as a dip with snacks.
