  • 3-4 - cheese cubes, grated
  • salt and pepper powder as per taste)

How to Make Cheese and Curd Dip

  • Tie the curd in a fine muslin cloth for an hour and half. Then transfer the curd onto a bowl.
  • Add grated cheese, salt and pepper powder. Mix well.
  • Whip with a spoon until the curd mixture is evenly smooth. Refrigerate.
  • Serve with salad or any snack.
