  • 1 cup - cheese, grated
  • 1 cup - peas, cooked
  • 2 - tomatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups - breadcrumbs
  • 1 lump - butter
  • Dash of dry mustard
  • Pepper and salt
  • 1 - egg (beaten)
  • 1/4 pound puff pastry

How to Make Cheese and Vegetable Rolls

  • Make a puree of the peas.
  • Mix together peas, cheese, tomatoes, breadcrumbs, butter and seasoning.
  • Roll out the pastry, cut into squares and put a little of the mixture on each piece. Fold into rolls.
  • Brush with beaten egg and bake for 20 mins in a hot oven.
