Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes - 1 kg
  • Til - 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds - 1.5 tsp.
  • Cinnamon - 1 stick
  • Lime Juice - 1tsp.
  • 1 - clove
  • 1 tbsp - green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp - sugar
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • Ginger -small piece
  • Coriander leaves - a few sprigs
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Grated coconut - 3tsp.
  • Cheese powder-200 g

How to Make Cheese Balls

  • Knead all the ingredients well, except bread crumbs and cheese.
  • Divide dough into equal portions, and form into large balls. Keep aside.
  • Kneed cheese powder and stuff into potato balls.
  • Roll balls in bread crumbs, and fry till golden brown.
