Ingredients

  • 6-7 slices - bread
  • 10-12 - garlic, crushed
  • 4-5 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 2 cups - grated mozzarella cheese (preferred, otherwise Amul cheese)
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper powder to taste
  • For salsa dip: 4 - big tomatoes
  • 1 - big onion
  • 1/4 tsp - oregano or ajwain
  • 1 tsp - vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • sugar to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 2-3 cloves - crushed garlic (optional)

How to Make Cheese Balls with salsa dip

  • Soak the bread slices in water and remove immediately. Remove the water from the slices as well as the crust with your hands.
  • Add garlic, green chillies, salt and pepper powder.
  • Then add the cheese and mix everything lightly.
  • Make small cheese balls and deep-fry.
  • For salsa dip: Blanch the tomatoes. Remove the skin and chop finely.
  • Heat oil, fry the onion and garlic.
  • Add the tomatoes and the other ingredients.
  • Cook until soft.
