Ingredients

  • 8 slices - bread
  • oil for frying
  • For cheese mixture:
  • 250 g - cheese (grated)
  • 45 g - breadcrumbs
  • salt, pepper and chilli powder to taste
  • 3 - egg yolks
  • 1.5 pint - milk

How to Make Cheese Bread Pakoras

  • Mix the cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, chilli powder and pepper in a bowl. Blend well.
  • Cut the slices of bread in triangles.
  • Dip these triangles in the cheese mixture and immediately shallow fry till golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve immediately with chutney.
