  • 1/2 cup - mint leaves
  • 1 tsp -sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp - lime juice
  • 8 slices bread
  • 4 tsp -butter
  • 4 tsp -grated cheese

How to Make Cheese Chutney Sandwiches

  • Grind the mint leaves, green chillies, sugar and salt top a paste.
  • Add the lime juice and mix well.
  • Add 4 tsp of this chutney to the butter and grated cheese. Mix well.
  • Spread this mixture on 4 slices of the bread and then cover with the remaining slices.
  • Toast in an oven or in a sandwich toaster till golden brown.
  • Cut diagonally.
