  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tbsps - Breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • A little milk
  • Flour

How to Make Cheese Fritters

  • Beat eggs well.
  • Add the other ingredients, and mix to a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a kerahi. Drop tablespoons of the mixture in it and fry until browned on both sides.
