  • 2 cups - Corn
  • Salt
  • 1 cup - cheese
  • Mixed herbs - 1 pinch

How to Make Cheese 'n' Herb Corn

  • Remove husks, silk and the stem of the corn.
  • Pressure-cook it until 3 whistles in salt water.
  • Drain excess water and pat-dry.
  • Grate cheese over the corn on the cob.
  • Turn it on the other side and repeat the same.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of mixed herbs for aroma.
