Ingredients

  • 1 cup - sooji (semolina)
  • 1 cup - chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup - grated cheese
  • 1/2 tea cup - chopped green capsicum
  • 1 tbsp. - chopped green chillies
  • 1tbsp. - cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tbsp. - butter
  • 1 cup - cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • oil to fry

How to Make Cheese semolina patties

  • Heat butter, add onions and sooji. Fry till pink. Remove and cool.
  • Mix water to make a batter. Keep for 30 mins. Add cheese, capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, cabbage, green chillies and make a dough.
  • Heat oil, with oily hands, slide in the patties and fry on both sides over low heat.
  • Serve with sauce.
