  • 125 g - grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp - milk
  • A squeeze of lemon
  • 1 tbsp - cucumber
  • 1 tbsp - chopped onions
  • 1 dessert tbsp - boiling water
  • 2 tsp - corn flour

How to Make Cheese Spread

  • Cream the butter, add a dessert tbsp of boiling water and the flour. Beat well. Mix in all the remaining ingredients. Cheese spread is ready.
