Ingredients

  • 4 - slices of bread
  • 1/4 cup - crumbled or grated cheese
  • 1/2 - small onion (chopped finely)
  • 2 - small green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper

How to Make Cheese Toast

  • Apply butter on all the slices.
  • Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.
  • Put the mixture on 2 slices. Then cover them with the other 2 slices.
  • Heat oil or butter in a pan and toast these sandwiches on both the sides.
  • Enjoy with tomato ketchup or any sauce of your choice!
