  • 1/2 kg - dosa batter
  • 1 cup - finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup - finely chopped tomato
  • 1 cup - finely chopped capsicum
  • 1 cup - grated carrot
  • 1 cup - grated cheese
  • Oil as required

How to Make Cheese Uthappam

  • Heat tawa and make a slightly thick dosa.
  • Put the mix of finely chopped vegetables on top of the dosa and put the cheese over it.
  • Serve hot.
