  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 50g cauliflower
  • 50g grated cheese
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • Salt as per taste
  • 250g wheat flour
  • Oil for cooking

How to Make Cheesy Paratha

  • For stuffing:
  • Fry chopped garlic in 1/2 tsp oil in a pan.
  • Add the chopped spinach and cauliflower.
  • Stir fry the vegetables and keep aside.
  • Add grated cheese and a pinch of salt to the vegetables.
  • Knead the wheat flour with some water, and make small balls.
  • Take a ball, stuff with the spinach mixture and roll out into parathas.
  • Fry on both sides, with a little oil. Serve with curds.
