  • 1 grated coconut
  • 50 gms. fried Bengal gram
  • 10 gms. tamarind
  • 5 green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • For tempering:
  • 3 ml. oil
  • 5 gms. mustard seeds
  • 4 chillies, whole
  • Few curry leaves

How to Make Chettinad Thengai Chutney

  • Grind grated coconut, fried Bengal gram, green chillies and tamarind together in a grinder.
  • Check salt and add tempering.
