  • cooked chicken - 2 cup, diced
  • canned pineapple - 2 cup, drained and diced
  • cheddar or tasty cheese - 1 cup, diced
  • cherry tomatoes - 8, cut in halves
  • sour cream - 1/2 cup
  • yellow mustard - 2 tbsp
  • shredded lettuce - 1 bunch
  • salted peanuts - 2 tbsp
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Chicken and Pineapple Salad

  • Combine chicken, pineapple, cheese and tomatoes.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix sour cream with yellow mustard and toss with the chicken mixture.
  • Chill in the refrigerator.
  • Just before serving, toss in the lettuce and sprinkle peanuts on top.
