Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - cabbage, carrots, capsicum and sp -ring onions
  • 1/2 cup - boiled and shredded chicken
  • 4-5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 10-15 wonton sheets
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste For sweet chilli sauce:
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp - honey

How to Make Chicken and veggie parcels

  • Cut all vegetables into juliennes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and saute onion and garlic, add all the vegetables and cook for 5 mins, add shredded chicken, salt and pepper and soya sauce.
  • Place spoonful of mixture onto wonton sheet and apply beaten eggs to the edges.
  • Gather up corners to make a little parcel. Tie with spring onion.
  • Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry wontons in medium hot oil till crisp - and golden brown.
  • Remove and drain onto an absorbent paper
  • Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.
  • For sweet chilli sauce:
  • Take soya sauce in a bowl, to this add chilli sauce and vinegar add sesame oil, honey and mix well. Add a little water if required.
