Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - chicken stock
  • 1 cup - cooked shredded chicken
  • 6 tbsp - fine semolina
  • 2 tsp - chopped celery
  • 1 tsp - chopped green chillies
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • egg and bread crumbs to coat
  • oil to fry

How to Make Chicken Balls

  • Boil the chicken stock. Lower the flame and add semolina in a thin stream, stirring all the time.
  • Cook stirring till the mixture is like a very thick sauce.
  • Add rest of the ingredients except the oil and allow to cool and become firm.
  • Make small balls of this mixture, coat with egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Serve on cocktail sticks.
