Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 6 - green chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 3 - onions, big finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 3 - cloves
  • 3 - cardamom
  • 1 stick - cinnamon
  • Salt as per taste
  • 4 tbsp - oil

How to Make Chicken Curry in Soya Sauce

  • In a bowl, add green chillies, soya sauce and vinegar and keep aside for about 20 minutes.
  • In a kadai, heat oil and fry onions.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom, and fry for about a minute.
  • Add garam masala, turmeric powder.
  • After some time, add chicken pieces and fry for a few minutes.
  • Now add the items mixed in the bowl (the soya sauce, chilli and vinegar mix)
  • Mix well and add salt.
  • Let the chicken cook and serve hot.
