  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Pepper (crushed) - 6 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of one lime
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Oil - 50 g
  • Green Chilli, slit - 4
  • Coriander leaves, chopped - 1 cup
  • Ginger, julienned -1 tbsp

How to Make Chicken in Butter and Pepper

  • Marinate the chicken in lime juice, salt and 3 tbsp of pepper for 15 minutes.
  • Heat the oil and butter together. Fry the chicken in it.
  • Mix the fried chicken with rest of the ingredients and return to the pan.
  • Fry again for a few more minutes before serving.
