  • 1kg - chicken
  • For dry masala:
  • 4 - peppercorns
  • 2 - cloves
  • 1 - elaichi
  • 1 tsp - jeera
  • For wet masala:
  • 1 - medium-sized onion
  • 1" - ginger
  • 4 - garlic
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1 bunch - coriander / (kothimbir) leaves

How to Make Chicken in Minutes

  • Wash the 1kg chicken.
  • Marinate for 2 hours with the dry and wet masalas.
  • Put it in an oil-greased dish and cook for 7 to 8 minutes in the microwave.
