  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 2.5 tsp
  • Red or orange colour - a dash
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Chicken in Vinegar

  • Cut the chicken according to your requirement.
  • Mix all the ingredients and make a thick paste.
  • Apply uniformly to the chicken and marinate it for at least 1 hour.
  • Shallow fry till done.
  • Serve hot.
