Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken - 500 g, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • Curd - 50 g (without water)
  • Onion paste - 1 tbsp
  • Fried onion paste - 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
  • Coconut paste - 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Oil - to fry
  • Salt - to taste

How to Make Chicken Kabab

  • Mix all the ingredients, except salt and oil, and marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Add salt and oil.
  • Put on seekh ( skewers ) and grill it, till it turns golden red.
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala.
  • Serve with onion rings, lemon pieces and sauce.
