Ingredients

  • 50 g - minced chicken
  • 1 tbsp - chopped onions
  • 1/2 tbsp - tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 pinch - cumin
  • 1 pinch - mustard seed
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp - red chilli
  • 1 pinch - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - Kitchen King masala
  • 1 pinch - salt
  • 1 pinch - chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp - fresh tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil
  • Parathas for the rolls

How to Make Chicken Kheema Roll

  • Heat oil and splutter mustard and cumin.
  • Add chopped onions and saute till brown. Add ginger garlic and tomato. Stir for 2 mins
  • Now add rest dry masalas including salt and tomato ketchup
  • Mix the ingredients and ensure the masala is cooked.
  • Add the chicken and mix well. Cook for 6 mins more.
  • Add coriander to garnish.
  • Place the sabji on the paratha and roll
